If you're not happy with the designs or just need to make changes, we'll change them for you as much as you need.
You can either:
- Log in to our website, click on "View my requests", select your ticket, hit "Reply", and add the details for your revision.
OR
- Reply to the email thread for that specific request with any edits, feedback, or revision details you may have. If the request is 'closed', it'll reopen as soon as you reply.
💡 Give your team feedback on what you liked, what you didn’t like, and what needs changing. Always include examples of what you’re looking for to guide them on what you have in mind.
Remember:
- Revisions will take priority over other requests and are treated just like any other request (1 business day turnaround).
- You get as many revisions as you need – they're unlimited!
- When sending a revision, it’s important to give clear directions and actionable feedback on what you liked and didn’t like about your designs. That way, your team will get to know your preferences.
