- Subscribers who upgrade their plan must stay on the higher-tier plan for at least one full billing cycle before switching to a lower-tier plan. This ensures fair usage and prevents immediate downgrades after upgrading.
- There is a minimum one-month commitment to a higher-tier plan before downgrades can be processed.
