Delinquent subscriptions

If, for any reason, a payment fails, don't worry, we'll try to charge the associated card three times to sort things out.
Until the payment goes through:
  • The subscription will be placed on hold
  • No new design work will be started or continued
  • The responsibility for any time lost due to the payment issue lies with the client
During this period, our design team remains assigned to your account and won’t be available for other clients. They're waiting to resume work for you once the issue is resolved.
We understand this can be frustrating, but rest assured. As soon as the payment is successfully processed, we’ll jump right back into action!
We’ll also keep you informed and guide you on how to update your payment details if needed.
