Please don't go :(  When you cancel your account we delete all your data, design files and ticket history. If you're thinking of coming back later, you can 'pause' your account and we will store everything for you until you have more design demand and decide to reactivate your account. We'll keep your files, links and requests active. But if you really must cancel my account and delete all your files and requests, just send an email [email protected] from your registered email with the subje

Cancelling your account

If you're thinking of coming back later, you can simply pause your account. We’ll store everything for you (all your files, links, and requests), until you're ready to reactivate and need design support again.
But if you really need to cancel your account and delete all your files and requests:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  1. Click on the Billing Portal
  1. Follow the step-by-step instructions in this guide

Sometimes a quick chat can solve things without needing to cancel. If that's the case, book a time to chat with us. We'd love to hear your feedback.

  • To avoid rebilling, you should request cancellation at least 2 business days before your next monthly payment.
