Cancelling your account
If you're thinking of coming back later, you can simply pause your account. We’ll store everything for you (all your files, links, and requests), until you're ready to reactivate and need design support again.
But if you really need to cancel your account and delete all your files and requests:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on the Billing Portal
- Follow the step-by-step instructions in this guide
Did we do anything wrong?
Sometimes a quick chat can solve things without needing to cancel. If that's the case, book a time to chat with us. We'd love to hear your feedback.
- When you cancel your account, you lose access to all the data, design files, and ticket history.
- To avoid rebilling, you should request cancellation at least 2 business days before your next monthly payment.
