Can I invite my team to send design requests?

Requests and replies will only work 'From' and 'To' the registered email only. If more than one person will be sending design requests, you'll need to share the login details. Our service was designed to acommodate one user per account but if you wish to share with your colleagues, one solution is to use a shared email that you both have access to. Bare in mind that all replies from your designer will be sent to the registered email. If your registered email is [email protected] and your colleague

If you're on the Standard Plan, you can only have one user in your account.
If you're on the Business Plan, you can add up to five (5) people to your account.
If you're on the Agency Plan, you can add unlimited people to your account.
To add users to your account, just send their names and emails to your account manager, and they'll do it for you.
👉 Requests sent from unregistered emails won't be recognized by the system and marked as SPAM, and it might not be seen.
