CSAT surveys

We care a lot about your experience with us, and to make sure we’re meeting your expectations, we send out a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey after a request is closed.
It’s a short survey that helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve, so we can continue delivering the quality you expect from us.

What to expect in the CSAT survey

After a request is closed, you’ll receive an email with a survey. In the survey, you’ll be asked to provide feedback on:
  • Turnaround time: How satisfied were you with the speed at which your request was completed?
  • Design quality: How pleased were you with the final design delivered?
  • Communication: How did you find the communication with our team throughout the process?
