There are many "Unlimited Design" services popping up lately. Although we started with the same proposition, our early users were vocal about not needing 'unlimited' graphic designs. They told us they wanted bespoke and well-thought-out designs, refined until they're perfect for them. They also didn't care much about 24h turnaround most of the time. Instead, they'd rather have a reliable and always available designer whenever they need one.
Most of those services are just a platform where you send in your design request, a random designer picks it up and delivers it.
We are different because we nurture a relationship between you and your designer based on reliability and trust. Even though we're proud of our designers' output, our focus is on your experience. The final product is 'designs', but the cornerstone is the people.
Some of our clients came from our competitors. Talking to them, we found out that most of them cancelled because of unreliability, lack of communication, and transparency.
Most designers can do great designs. Not everyone can offer excellent customer service. And because of the relationship between you and your designer, there's no "one design at a time" limitation.
You can prioritise your requests as much as you want. If your designer is in the middle of something and you need a showstopper, they'll focus on your priority task and finalise the others later.
Our customers are our best marketing. If they don't LOVE us, we're not doing a good job. And so far, they're still in love with us and the value we provide to them.
