Please don't go :(  When you cancel your account we delete all your data, design files and ticket history. If you're thinking of coming back later, you can 'pause' your account and we will store everything for you until you have more design demand and decide to reactivate your account. We'll keep your files, links and requests active. But if you really must cancel my account and delete all your files and requests, just send an email [email protected] from your registered email with the subje

Sometimes you might not have the need for design work for a while. We get it!
When that happens, you can pause your account and we will store everything for you until you decide to reactivate your account.
Just go to your Billing Portal in the dashboard, and follow the instructions below:

PLEASE NOTE
  • You can pause a monthly subscription, but not an annual subscription.
  • While you're on Pause, you have access to all your design files and the dashboard (to check the tickets), but you're not able to send in new design requests or get revisions back.
  • Your subscription will remain active and your design team will be available until the end of the current billing period after you request to pause.
  • Any ongoing discounts to your subscription won't return when you reactivate it.
  • You can pause your account for free for up to 3 months. If your account stays inactive after that time, it will automatically be cancelled, and you'll no longer have access to your designs, tickets, or messages.
