To make things easier, we’ve started with your most recent requests (from the past month). The rest of your tickets will be migrated gradually until everything is available on Buckboard, so you’ll have all your past and new requests in one place.
There’s no action needed from you. This process is ongoing, and we’re taking care of everything for you.
If, while using Buckboard, you need to work on a ticket that’s still on Freshdesk, just send us an email at [email protected]. Please, send us the ticket number, and we’ll ask our team to migrate it right away.
