We have 5 different statuses on Buckboard. Here’s how they work:
- In the pipeline: Your new request or comment has been received and is waiting to be picked up by the design team.
- In progress: The design team is working on it.
- Waiting for feedback: The completed design has been delivered to you, and we’re waiting for your comments or approval.
- Waiting for feedback - In progress: An update on the design has been delivered to you, and the team will continue to work on it the next day. You can still give comments and ask for changes.
- Completed: The request is done and closed, but you can still comment if you need small edits later.
If you need to reopen a completed request, let your team know via the comments section or by sending an email to [email protected]. We’ll reopen it for you, but soon you’ll be able to do that yourself.
