Use of Premium Stock Assets

At Deer Designer, we only use free-for-commercial-use fonts, such as Google  Fonts. Not all our designers use Adobe Cloud so we can't guarantee Adobe Fonts  at all times.  Our designers only use fonts that are acceptable for commercial use so clients  don't have to worry about licensing on their designs. If you have a specific  font in mind, we can totally use them too! You'll just have to provide the font  to the creative when submitting your request.

What type of files do you work with?

We always source imagery from repositories free from commercial rights (e.g.:  Unsplash).  If you do have an account with a repository such as Shutterstock,  DepositPhotos or similar, we'll be happy to look for images on it and send you  their IDs, so you can download them for us to use after you approve the final  version.

Can you download images from Shutterstock, DepositPhotos, etc?

Due to data protection, privacy, security reasons and internal protocols, we  won't be able to help with that. We're won't to log in to your website/apps or  hold login details from our clients, even if it's an account created for us.  All the account managers, designers and quality control teams would have to  have access to your platforms as they're all part of our internal processes,  making it complicated to track.

Can you log into my website and make changes for me?

Can I request designs for my clients or other brands?

Can you do Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch?

Most of our clients are Web Agencies so so our designers create designs with  page builders in mind but we don't build them in Wordpress, Webflow, or any  other builder.  We give you all the layered files (PSD, AI, etc) along with any other assets  (PNG/JPG/SVG) so you would either have to build it yourself or get help from a  developer. We even export all assets to make it easier.

Can you build the websites (or use Elementor/Divi/Webflow/etc)?

Do you do HTML/Builder/WordPress/code?

Do you design logos?

If you can explain what you want in an email, we can design it! If you need  coding, copywriting, video editing or motion graphics, we’re probably not the  best fit.  Feel free to check a more comprehensive list of common tasks in our scope of  service .

What kinds of designs can I request?

We have our limitations. Here's what we don't do:   - Animations, motion graphics, videos - Programming/coding: HTML/CSS/Javascript - 3D / CAD - Copywriting/Text: You need provide the content for your designs - Pornography or any illegal activity of any kind  We don't create Powerpoint Slides (.ppt) or Word Templates (.docx). We do  create any kinds of graphics for you to use as a slide background or include in  your slides/word documents.

What's not included?

If you can explain in an email, we will design it. Here are some ideas:  Print Business cards, flyers, brochures, trade shows materials   Website/Email PowerPoint/Keynote graphics, website/blog graphics, newsletter design or  headers  Social Media Social media posts, covers, ads, infographics   Daily Tasks Add logo to images, remove image background, resize/cropping images, etc   You can always check the work our designers are creating for some of our  clients here .
