Sharing in Canva
⬆️ How we share Canva designs with you*
*If you have an existing team, follow the steps under "How to add Deer Designer to your team."
Edit and Comments
Your Deer Designer team will provide you with a Canva link so you can review your designs.
You can add comments directly and make edits, even without a Canva account.
Download
If you have a Canva account, you can also download and save a copy:
- Click File
- Then select Make a copy
⬇️ How you can share Canva designs with us*
- If you have an existing team, follow the steps under "How to add Deer Designer to your team."
There are 3 options to do this:
Option 1
- In the design file, click Share (top right)
- Add [email protected] under People with access
- Make sure Edit access is selected
- Click Share
Option 2
- Under Collaboration link, change access from Only you can access to Anyone with the link
- Make sure Can Edit is selected
- Click Copy link and add it to your request or feedback
Option 3
- Click Template link
- Click Create template link
- Click Copy and add it to your request or feedback
👥 How to add Deer Designer to your team
If you have an existing team, add [email protected]
Steps to add our email:
- In the upper right, click the gear icon
- On the left panel, click People
- Click Invite people
- Add [email protected] and hit Add
