Depending on your plan, you have a dedicated designer, an account manager, and a quality analyst on your design team. They work on a flexible schedule, meaning your designer might work some days in the morning and other days in the evening.
We’ve found that clients get the best results when Deer Designers are free to work during their most creative hours.
Since we operate on a 1 business day turnaround (depending on your subscription plan), time zones aren’t a problem, every client will receive updates on their requests within the set timeframe.
We try to send back the designs around the same time every day, but this can vary depending on:
- The complexity of the request
- How busy your designer is
There is no set time for replies or delivery, but as long as you have a request in your design queue, you'll get daily updates, even if the designs aren’t finished yet.
Depending on the request’s complexity, delivery may take a little longer or shorter.
